Ayam Halal di Jerman


Antara ayam halal di Jerman adalah dari keluaran Wiesenhof dan boleh didapati di hampir semua parasaraya. Selain dari ayam yang dijual di kedai orang turki ayam wiesenhof menjadi salah satu pilihan kerana ayam yang dijual seekor. Kalau di kedai turki ayam telah dikerat-kerat seperti di Tesco di Malaysia.
Walaubagaimana pun ayam yang dijual di kedai turki lebih segar berbanding ayam wiesenhof. Harga ayam pulak lebih kurang €2.50 - €2.99 sekilo bagi peha ayam. Harga adalah berbeza ikut kawasan.

Here is a collection of questions and answers provided by people who have asked them from Wiesenhof privately. The MSG has neither asked nor can confirm the originality of these answers. Please feel free to share with us any information you have about this issue.

Zum Thema Futter:
WIESENHOF verwendet nur Futter aus eigenen, nach DIN ISO 9001 zertifizierten Mühlen. Es gelten einheitliche, schriftlich festgelegte Futterrezepturen, welche den jeweiligen Ansprüchen der Tiere angepasst sind.

Seit 1996 verwendet WIESENHOF nur Hähnchen-Futter ohne Tiermehl.
Seit 1997 werden keine antibiotischen Leistungsförderer eingesetzt.
Seit Oktober 2000 garantieren unabhängige Kontrolle, dass kein gentechnisch verändertes Soja in der
Futterproduktion verwendet wird. WIESENHOF ist der einzige Geflügel-Anbieter in der EU, der Gen-Kontrollen in dieser Form durchführt! Rückstandsproben: Von jeder Futterauslieferung wird ein Rückstellmuster gezogen, das in der Futtermühle für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 4 Monaten aufbewahrt wird.


Sobald unsere WIESENHOF Hähnchen ihr Schlachtgewicht erreicht haben werden sie auf dem kürzesten Weg in die nächstgelegene WIESENHOF- Schlachterei transportiert. Dort werden die Tiere nach dem Tierschutzgesetz geschlachtet. Frische Ware wird noch am gleichen Tag an die Lebensmittelmärkte ausgeliefert.

thank you for your interess in our Halal products. All of our WIESENHOF slaughterhouses are Halal accredited, what means, that all WIESENHOF fresh poultry products are branded with a Halal signet. Our frozen products still have old packaging stocks without the Halal signet but it will be integrated in the reprint of the packaging.
 
The Halal slaughtering of our poultry occur after the guidelines of the European Halal Institute in Hamburg (www.euro-halal.eu), which accept that the animals tranquilise (bemuse) before they bleed. The slaughter is a muslim and selected by the European Halal Institute. He speaks the designated verses. The WIESENHOF slaughterhouses are exclusive poultry productions without of pork or alcohol.

Die Identitätskennzeichen finden Sie in einem Oval auf der Verpackung.

Die Halal-Schlachtung unserer Hähnchen und Puten erfolgt nach den Vorgaben des Europäischen HALAL-Instituts in Hamburg. Die Halal-Schlachtung der Enten ist durch das islamische Zentrum in Aachen zertifiziert. Dabei wird akzeptiert, dass die Tiere vor dem Entbluten entsprechend der deutschen Tierschutzvorgaben ruhig gestellt (betäubt) werden. Der Schlachter ist Muslim, durch die Zertifizierungsstelle ausgewählt, und er spricht dabei die für die Halal-Schlachtung vorgesehenen Verse. Die WIESENHOF Geflügelschlachtereien sind natürlich reine Geflügelbetriebe und die Endprodukte frei von Schweinefleisch oder Alkohol.

I will insallah answer your questions:

1- All animals in Germany must stun before slaughtering. We are currently working only with such slaughterhouses, where the animals are stunned with a reversible method. The electric stun is a reversible method.
If you don’t' slaughter a stunned animal (with electric), his heart will beat over 2 minutes (the way from the stunning machine to the slaughtering takes 10 - 15 seconds) and the animals come back and will live further.
According to Islamic scholars is stunning of animals OK. We demand that the animals must be alive at the moment of halal-slaughtering. We take for our unannounced inspections 5 stunned animals (stunned, but not slaughtered), put on the floor and measure their heart beat with an ECG-machine or waiting, that the animals come back (from stunning).
Moreover, it's also the meaning of the slaughterhouses, because dead animals will bleed badly. The breast filet would be full of blood and reddish colored, which is bad to sell. For this reason, the slaughterhouses also endeavour that stunning don't kill the animals.

From the slaughterhouses, which we certificated halal, we demand 2-3 Muslim butcher per layer permanently be there. During a slaughter, the second (or third) muslim butcher can be in the subsequent process, so that he is always available. If one Muslim butcher should happen something, so the second Muslim butcher can continue with halal-slaughtering.
In most slaughterhouses are more than 4 Muslims, by some of them even 4 only in the slaughtering-area. So it’s permanently a muslim butcher in the slaughtering. According to our written agreements, the firms must to employ only muslim butchers at the slaughtering-area.

According to the religious authority from Turkey (Diyanet), scholars from the El-Ezher University ( Egypt ) and the largest Islamic organizations in Germany , this is the Fetwa as follows:

“It is mandatory that Allah’s name is uttered for every single animal undergoing halal slaughter”.

“However, when the automated halal slaughter of poultry is involved, it is sufficient to call Allah’s name before starting the machinery: the repetition for each single animal is not necessary. Allah’s name must be called by the Muslim employee responsible each the time the machine is restarted – even after only a short interruption. Animals that escape the automated halal slaughter process must be slaughtered afterwards individually (manually) by Muslims – in this case, Allah’s name must be called for each individual animal.”

When mechanical slaughter:

-- each time the machine is restarting by a muslim butcher
-- 3 of 4 tube at the neck must be cut at least
-- Animals that escape the automated halal slaughter process must be slaughtered afterwards individually (manually) by a Muslims butcher

During the automation and mass production but also of widespread deception attempts (from their own experience, I must regrettably inform you that a product with a halal declaring is not always halal inside, no matter by whom offered), we are working currently with the conditions of the Islamic slaughtering, without a halal slaughter is not.
